The problem

Asset inventory lived in two exports and one spreadsheet, and tickets arrived as email. Nobody could say what was deployed, to whom, or under what warranty.

The approach

A normalized asset and ticket model with importers that reconcile RMM and Microsoft 365 exports against existing records instead of duplicating them. Assignment, warranty, and lifecycle state are first-class fields.

The result

One authoritative inventory tied to the tickets raised against it. Ticket-volume and resolution metrics: TBD.

Inside the app

Real screens with branding blurred, or reproduced with anonymized data — no client names, logos, or user identities.

Asset and ticket dashboard: inventory counts by lifecycle state, open ticket queue, and warranty exposure at a glance — names and identifiers blurred.
Asset detail: hardware specs, lifecycle and assignment state, and network fields on one record — identifiers blurred.
In-app help: every page documented by role, so managers and techs onboard without a training session.
