The problem
Frontline and shift-based employees had no channel back to leadership. Engagement was measured once a year in a survey nobody trusted, and good ideas from the floor never reached anyone who could act on them.
The approach
A phone-first daily rhythm: a single-question pulse with an optional comment, a short news feed, personal and team activity metrics (connections, recognition, streaks), and a bonus-eligible idea submission. Everything is one thumb-reach away and takes under thirty seconds a day.
The result
Continuous sentiment signal instead of an annual survey, plus a reviewable queue of floor-level improvement ideas. Participation rates: TBD.
The stack
Inside the app
Real screens with branding blurred, or reproduced with anonymized data — no client names, logos, or user identities.
