The problem

Lot genealogy was reconstructed by hand across receiving logs, production records, and shipping paperwork. Each export market had its own certificate format maintained separately.

The approach

One relational lineage model links receipts, production events, and shipments so any finished unit resolves back to its inputs. The health certificate became a single parameterized model with country-specific rendering instead of six diverging documents.

The result

Traceability queries that used to take a day of paperwork resolve in the app. Recall-drill timing: TBD.

Inside the app

Real screens with branding blurred, or reproduced with anonymized data — no client names, logos, or user identities.

Recall drilldown: impacted lots, downstream shipments, and disposition totals resolved from the lineage model.
